Here is my display for the PAF. This was Saturday, June 4! I am happy with the display... generally. I want to work on the background and make sure that there is a backdrop for the display. I will move some of the curtains to the back. I like the owls and the plush owls sitting as the focal point. I like the banners. I also think the side peg board panels are a great way to display prints. On the negative/to work on: I feel I need to tidy it up, move peg boards forward so I have more room on them and hang more tees. I need to open the V a bit more to show the name "hilary" and "100% handmade" etc...

OI VEY I haven't posted!

So I apologize that I haven't posted in some time now... I am feverishly working on my display. I am going to be keeping all of you (all 10 readers) up to date on how the display is going and the stages! I have to keep reminding myself: KEEP IT SIMPLE. Not in that new age-y way "Keep it Simple" but rather in the DON'T CLUTTER YOUR DISPLAY kind of way. My problem is: I PUT EVERY PRODUCT I MAKE ON DISPLAY. And, the result is: nothing gets seen, it ends up a mess and it looks like a teenager's room. That is: clothes strewn everywhere.
SO, here is my Meggy working on part of the display.
